Ohh, hommikul vehkisin alles seda lillemandala alust teha, nüüd see meeleavaldus läbi mõnusalt ja rahulikult, lillemoodustis jäi tee veere molberti pääle ja lume alla mattusime ka mõnusast. Esimest korda sel talvel ei tunne end elavat võõras riigis. Ilma lumeta on kogu aeg justkui võlts- koduigatsus. Aga meeleavaldus...seal olin ma rohkem käsitöölisena. Mina loosungeid ei karjunud ega kandnud. Lihtsalt vaikiv ja praktiline toetus.
The demonstration to support Tibet in front of the Chinese embassy in Tallinn went peacefully, musically and we got totally snowed in! First snow I can be satisfied with this winter! Without snow I have felt fake-homesick all the damn time. But on the meeting...I was more as a crafter, Neither carried nor shouted any slogans. Just lent a hand and supported the cause in silence.
Lilled lumes. Tiibetlased ongi seal kommude riigis nagu lilled lumes.
Flowers in the snow. The tibetians are flowers in the snow in that communist hell.
näe, leidsin Delfi Pildist paar fotot ka sissepakitud minust Narva maantee veeren pargis lilledega nokerdamas. hea et ma suutsin ikka vastupidava aluse teha, ma kartsin et äkki laguneb koost.
You can see me supervising the making of a flower mandala at the demonstration on these photos. This morning I was still busy making the frame for it. I am sure glad I managed to make one that really held together hehe.
Koju jõudes oli elekter ära esialgu ja siis ma püüdsin küünlavalgel Kui Anija Mehed jne raamatust otsida veidramaid sõnu mida E. Vilde kasutas. ohh, kuulge kuulge: lekutama (edvistama), jaunama (virisema), nudres (usin, ma arvan), padisema (lobisema), talujõrnik (mats, tegelane), ja siis palju selliseid millest ma üldse aru ei saa: rahitud, tonkama, kläutama, müskama, urama...
Then the rest of the evening, till now, I have had to sit in candle light, waiting for the electricity to come back ( 6 hours later than it should have) and searching for the bizarrest words Eduard Vilde, the writer whose museum I work in, has used in his books.
